How do I pay for SiteGofer?

You can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, or Diners Club card to pay for your SiteGofer subscription

Once you sign up, your card will be charged each month or year on the same day as your original sign-up date. For example, if you sign up for a monthly plan on June 23, your card will be charged on the 23rd of every month until you cancel your plan.

What is considered an update?

An update is any 15 minute job you can think of — for example, it could be a CSS change, a textual change, uploading a photo, or configuring a plugin.

Updates must be requested individually (not in bulk); you can request an additional update once any open update ticket is closed.

In most instances, your update will be performed within 24 hours (excluding requests made on Sundays). Only bona fide emergencies will be handled over the weekend.

What if I need more updates than my plan offers?

You have the option of adding a la carte services, or can create a custom SiteGofer plan for you. Just contact us and let us know what you need.

If need design services that are not included in your plan, we also can provide that for you on an a la carte basis through Monti DesignLet us know what you need and we can get you a quote.

What if I want to upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade any time. Just contact us, let us know what plan you’d like to upgrade to, and SiteGofer will take care of the rest.

What about web hosting?

We offer optional managed WordPress hosting through SiteGround for Premium customers.

If you do not opt for hosting with your premium plan or already have hosting, SiteGofer will work just fine with your existing host. If you’re looking to switch web hosts, we can help you migrate.

What if I decide to cancel my SiteGofer subscription?

Cancel your subscription? Perish the thought!

Honestly, we hope that you’ll be so happy with SiteGofer that cancelling will be unthinkable for you. But if you need to cancel, no problem – you’re not locked into an annual contract. Simply go to www.sitegofer.com/contact and let us you know you want to cancel your account. Your service will be active to the end of the current month, and then you won’t be charged any more.

If you cancel an annual SiteGofer plan, your service will end when the current year is over.
