How do I pay for SiteGofer?

You can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, or Diners Club card to pay for your SiteGofer subscription

Once you sign up, your card will be charged each month or year on the same day as your original sign-up date. For example, if you sign up for a monthly plan on June 23, your card will be charged on the 23rd of every month until you cancel your plan.

What if I decide to cancel my SiteGofer subscription?

Cancel your subscription? Perish the thought!

Honestly, we hope that you’ll be so happy with SiteGofer that cancelling will be unthinkable for you. But if you need to cancel, no problem – you’re not locked into an annual contract. Simply go to www.sitegofer.com/contact and let us you know you want to cancel your account. Your service will be active to the end of the current month, and then you won’t be charged any more.

If you cancel an annual SiteGofer plan, your service will end after the current month is over and you’ll receive a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the year.

What if I want to upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade any time. Just contact us, let us know what plan you’d like to upgrade to, and SiteGofer will take care of the rest.

What if I already have a CMS?

If you’re using WordPress, you’re in luck. There’s a SiteGofer plan just for you with some special features just for WordPress sites.

If you have a different CMS already, we can still maintain your content via a standard SiteGofer plan, and we may be able to help redesign your site as well. If you have questions, just contact SiteGofer and we’ll see what we can do for you.

What if I need more updates than my plan offers?

We can create a custom SiteGofer plan for you. Just contact us and let us know what you need.

If you want more updates or need design services that are not included in your plan, we can provide that for you on an a la carte basis through Monti Design. Let us know what you need and we can get you a quote.

What about web hosting?

SiteGofer isn’t a hosting plan per se, although we do offer managed WordPress hosting through WP Engine for our SiteGofer for WordPress Premium customers.

In most instances, SiteGofer will work with your existing hosting provider. If you’re looking to switch web hosts, our parent company Monti Design can offer service and help you migrate.
